Mechanical Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for an engineer with 2 - 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in chiller and boiler plant design. Position provides the opportunity to use experience in cogeneration, steam system design, and district heating and cooling to work on projects from the concept stage through construction. BSAE or BSME required. Successful candidates will have experience in utility infrastructure engineering, ability to develop and maintain client relationships and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mechanical Project Engineers
We are seeking full-time Mechanical Project Engineers with 7 to 15 years experience in designing HVAC systems for healthcare, laboratory, industrial or institutional facilities in a consulting environment. You will meet with clients to learn user needs, collaborate with architects, develop engineering concepts and recommendations, and train and mentor engineers and designers. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate with, train, and lead team members. Qualifications include strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidiscipline, team environment. Experience in design of healthcare facilities as well as design of educational, biotech, pharmaceutical facilities as well as previous project management experience are a plus. BSME and Professional registration in North Carolina or the ability to become registered required.
Plumbing/Piping Engineer
We are looking for plumbing engineers with experience and solid knowledge of the consulting industry. Successful candidates will have experience in plumbing and piping systems with a solid knowledge of piping materials, equipment specifications, fluid hydraulics, medical/lab gas systems, waste and water systems, and fire protection. This person will use his or her skills to design plumbing and piping systems for industrial, medical, R&D, biotech and pharmaceutical facilities. Qualifications include being detail and quality oriented, having strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of coordination and construction process, and an above average ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines. We prefer a candidate with a BSME or CPD with plumbing engineering experience; however, we will also consider recent BSME graduates

Senior Mechanical/HVAC Designer
We are seeking an individual to perform HVAC design and drafting for laboratory, healthcare, commercial, and institutional facilities. You will have the opportunity to coordinate and implement the layout of distribution systems and equipment, design equipment room layouts, size and select major system components, and perform field surveys.Requires an ability to work on projects from concept stage through construction. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design is required. Position requires ability to follow direction and to collaborate with team members. Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent judgment, responsiveness, ability to work well in a deadline driven environment, enthusiasm and energy for project work, ability to follow direction, and to collaborate with, train, and lead team members. Proficiency in AutoCAD required, knowledge of BIM software a plus. Associates degree desired.
