CAD Technician
Looking for a CAD technician who can support mechanical, electrical, piping, and information technology designs for laboratory, healthcare, commercial, and institutional facilities. Must be proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD and have general knowledge of the Windows file manager systems, zipping/unzipping files, and using virus protection and FTP software programs. Minimum 3 years experience required. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are imperative. A Technical or Associate Degree in CAD Drafting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design from an accredited technical institution or college is desirable.
Communications/Information Technology Design Engineer
Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the
communication systems design market, an RCDD and/or LAN specialist, and
strong communication and interpersonal skills. Position requires the
ability to design structured cabling systems, knowledge of systems hardware
for specification and design, and excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Must be able to work on projects from concept stage through
construction in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Construction Representative/Commissioning Agent
Construction Representative responsibilities include observation; punch list
preparation; RFI responses; monitoring of specification compliance; review
of shop drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls
disciplines. Commissioning Agent responsibilities include developing
functional performance test procedures, assisting in system start-ups, and
witnessing functional testing. Qualifications include strong communication
and interpersonal skills; above-average ability to work in a fast-paced team
environment with multiple deadlines; 7-10 years hands-on experience
providing Construction Administration, Test/Adjust/Balance, and
Commissioning services. BS in engineering a plus.
