AEI Chicago calls the heart of the Loop home, serving a client base developed over several decades.
Our 27th floor office looks out on the Willis Tower (the "Sears Tower"), the Civic Opera House, the Daley Civic Center, and the Board of Trade.
In this expansive city of neighborhoods, Chicago's A/E/C community is clustered in a relatively small area, making for a short walk or quick transit ride to most of our project partners. Additionally, we have a Champaign office which enhances our ability to support the entire state of Illinois.
As the third largest city in the U.S., a major global transportation hub, and the financial, commercial, and cultural center of the Midwest, there isn't much about Chicago that isn't known, from the sports to the theater, the hot dogs to the haute cuisine, the nightlife to the museums. With 24 miles of lakefront, 7600 acres of parks, and an innovative design culture, Chicago also ranks as one of the Greenest large cities in the world, setting the pace for progressive initiatives such as fast-track building permits for LEED® projects.
Civic-mindedness is big in this town and in our office. We're active volunteers, mentors, and supporters of ACE, City of Hope, and other noted institutions.
