Houston is a city of newcomers, and in 2008 we added our name to the mix. Our staff is made up of locals offering a combined 115 years of service in the Houston/Gulf region and seasoned AEI professionals completing the team with quality control and operations input. We're 15 minutes from downtown Houston in the Greenway Plaza complex in offices configured for collaboration and maximum daylighting.

The fourth largest city in the U.S., Houston has a broad business base in the energy, aeronautics, and technology industries, and is second only to New York City in the number of Fortune 500 companies. We are proud to share our hometown with the largest medical center in the world, NASA's Johnson Space Center, Texas Instruments, Dell Computer, EDS, Raytheon, Motorola, and Intel.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is a major event with its barbeque cook-off and trail ride, but at the same time the city also offers a booming 17-block theater district and a diversity of cuisines among its over 11,000 restaurants (Houstonians eat out more often than residents of any other city in the nation). We're a major league town in every sport and we golf year-round. The median price of a single family home is $175,000. Texas has no state income tax.
