The AEI Tampa Office sits deep in a hammock of large trees, ponds, and landscaping within the beautifully manicured Hidden River Corporate Park in northeast Tampa. There is easy access to I-75 and other major city beltways and highways. Our neighbors include the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.

Central Florida is warm during most of the winter months making outdoor activities and recreation possible year-round. National and state forests and parks with natural springs, lakes, and rivers are plentiful. We're 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Tampa has the largest performing arts center in the southeast, the largest science museum in the south, and an expanding cultural arts district downtown. An annual calendar highlight is the month-long mid-winter Gasparilla festival, a pirate-themed carnivale of parades, parties, and fund-raisers. AEI Tampa staff participate in a variety of community and charitable organizations and events, including civic clubs, blood drives, runs and walks for charities, United Way and more.
