Public Buildings

Affiliated Engineers defines its Public Buildings practice as facilities open to all citizens of the community. The size and scope of our project experience is as varied as the users of the space - libraries, convention centers, theatres, museums, performing arts centers and arenas.

The unique programming needs of Public Building facilities stretch the imagination of those designing these spaces, and brings into play a variety of services extending beyond the traditional mechanical, electrical and piping engineering. Acoustics, vibration, light, information technology, high-tech audio-visual systems and enhanced safety concerns are just a few of the specialty needs required of such facilities.

Affiliated Engineers brings our Public Buildings clients a comprehensive set of services that encompass many of these needs. In addition, through our comprehensive portfolio of Public Buildings work, we have been privileged to work with highly respected consultants specializing in these services.
