Walnut Creek, CA – Affiliated Engineers W, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of William Brown to our project management and engineering staff in our Walnut Creek, California office.

Bill is a registered mechanical engineer with 30 years experience in the design of complex projects. His background in healthcare and medical research is particularly strong and includes acute-care projects for Santa Clara Valley Hospital System, Contra Costa County Medical Center, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, UCSF Medical Center, UC Davis Medical Center, St. Francis Hospital, and Washington Hospital, to name a few. Bill's list of medical-related projects is also extensive and includes work in the areas of stem cell research, bio-medical research, genetics, medical device manufacturing, engineered systems for bio-terrorism response, and integration of advanced medical equipment into existing facilities.

Affiliated Engineers is a national consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of mechanical, electrical, piping, information technology and lighting systems for technically complex facilities. In addition to the Walnut Creek office, the firm has offices in Florida, Madison, North Carolina, Washington and Metro Washington DC.
