AEI opens Minneapolis office, establishes local Process Industries and Manufacturing group
MADISON, WI – Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) today announced that it has opened a new office in Minneapolis, MN, and that Rolf Rogers, Stuart Innes, and Robert Green have joined the firm, establishing a local Process Industries and Manufacturing group. The offices are located in the Fifth Street Towers building, at 100 S. Fifth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
Rogers was named Director of Business Development and will lead the firm’s Process Industries and Manufacturing practice from the Minneapolis location. Innes was named Manager of Project Controls and Robert Green was named Manager of Project Engineering. Green will lead the Minneapolis office’s full discipline engineering and design services, augmented by Project Services consulting led by Innes. Rogers, Innes, and Green come to AEI from senior positions at process and manufacturing design consultancies, serving leading food and beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical processing companies.
The group’s commercial service offerings include capital cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, project management, construction management, procurement, and cost management. AEI also offers professional consulting services in such areas as RFP and contract development and analysis, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
“AEI has a project history in Minnesota dating from the mid-eighties,” said AEI Principal Jerry Schuett, adding, “this office allows us to formalize and strengthen our presence in the Twin Cities and Minnesota, and also to significantly expand our growing engineering and consulting services to process industries and manufacturing clients.”
The Minneapolis office becomes AEI’s eleventh location, and will additionally serve AEI’s healthcare, research and development, higher education, mission critical, energy and sustainability, and utility infrastructure markets.
