Affiliated Engineers Announces New Shareholders
Madison, WI –The AEI Executive Team and Board of Directors are pleased to announce that in recognition of their past and ongoing contributions to the success of AEI, Steve Yanke and Scott Spangenberg have become shareholders in the firm.
With nearly 50 years of engineering and project leadership experience, Steve and Scott represent qualities that have distinguished AEI's client-focused technical consulting, design, and engineering practice since our founding: expertise, insight, and innovation; complete dedication to service; and, total commitment to supporting our clients' missions. Steve Yanke, PE, LEED® AP has shown exceptional leadership in launching AEI’s 20-person Phoenix office while developing the firm’s healthcare, research lab, aviation, and higher education markets in the Southwest. Distinguished by Steve’s multi-discipline direction on complex projects with varied scales and challenging schedules, the Phoenix office has supported projects for such clients as Banner Health, Catholic Healthcare West, Mayo Clinic, City of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and, though our work on the Phoenix Biomedical campus, the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University.
Joining AEI’s Metro DC office in 2003, Scott Spangenberg, PE, LEED® AP has emerged as a leader in the institutional research and healthcare markets, specializing in multi-discipline leadership and design for functionally intensive facilities. Commitment to integrative solutions, a sustainable approach, and proactive end-user engagement have characterized his project leadership for such clients as the National Institutes of Health, University of Virginia Health System, University of Maryland Medical Center, Western Maryland Health System, University of Pittsburgh, The College of William & Mary, and The George Washington University.
