We begin with early analysis of the opportunities for the use of natural light on the building site, development of a Basis of Lighting Design document that clearly expresses major lighting system concepts, energy impact, and financial implications.

Schematic Design and Design Development extends through the testing of concepts through digital and physical modeling, and the development of critical building details.

We stress the careful development and clear expression of concepts and details for which we utilize advanced 3D visualization, and system drawings for proof of concept and production of Construction Documents.
