AEI has dedicated, professional staff trained and experienced in construction administration and observation. Many of our construction representatives are registered architects and engineers and have an average of 17 years of experience in construction. Our construction representatives play a key role in meeting our obligations to the Owner and the Contractor by maintaining a timely communication of critical information.
Depending upon the client and project requirements, Affiliated Engineers often provides full-time, on-site representation during construction. We maintain a strong leadership profile on the job site. This process starts during the bidding process and comes into focus at the pre-construction meeting. We fairly but firmly hold the contractors to the requirements of their contracts.
