From South of Seattle

  • Take I-5 North
  • Take the Seneca Street exit (#165) on the left-hand side
  • Make a slight left onto Seneca Street (westbound)
  • Make a right onto 4th Avenue (northbound)
  • Make a right onto Olive Way (eastbound)
  • Turn right for underground pay parking (garage), which is just before the building entrance at Olive Way and 5th Avenue (across from Bartell Drugs). For cheaper surface parking, see below.

 

From North of Seattle

  • Take I-5 South
  • Take the Union Street exit (#165B)
  • Continue straight onto Union Street (westbound)
  • Make a right onto 4th Avenue (northbound)
  • Make a right onto Olive Way (eastbound)

From I-90 West into Seattle

  • Take I-90 West
  • Take exit 2c onto I-5 North, toward Vancouver, B.C.
  • Take the Madison Street exit
  • Continue straight onto 7th Avenue (northbound)
  • Make a left onto Madison Street (westbound)
  • Make a right onto 4th (northbound)
  • Make a right onto Olive Way (eastbound)
  • Turn right for underground pay parking (garage), which is just before the building entrance at Olive Way and 5th Avenue (across from Bartell Drugs). For cheaper surface parking, see below.

 

Taking 520 West into Seattle

  • Take SR520 West
  • Merge onto I-5 South via the exit on the left toward Portland
  • Take the Union Street exit (#165B)
  • Continue straight onto Union Street (westbound)
  • Make a right onto 4th Avenue (northbound)
  • Make a right onto Olive Way (eastbound)
  • Turn right for underground pay parking (garage), which is just before the building entrance at Olive Way and 5th Avenue (across from Bartell Drugs). For cheaper surface parking, see below.

 

For Cheaper Surface Parking

  • From 4th Avenue & Olive Way, drive east on Olive Way, pass building entrance (which is on right-hand side at Olive Way and 5th Avenue)
  • Turn left on either Westlake Avenue or 6th Avenue and select one of several lots in the area north of our building. Lots in (or near) the triangle bounded by Westlake Ave, 6th Ave, and Blanchard Street have daily parking rates that are lower than the parking garage.
